Granular Permissions Control

Unifier™ enables granular permission control at both the administrative and user levels. At the company level, administrators control user accounts, groups, templates, business process design, and other functions that help standardize business methods. At the project level, project administrators can control user access, workflow assignments, cost structures, and other functions that reinforce the standards created by the company.

Project templates can be created based on individual project or program requirements. Or use Unifier's existing templates to accelerate project launches and ensure efficiency.

Comprehensive Capabilities

Unifier™ Administration supports permissions across all areas of the Unifier application You can assign permission profiles to groups, or to individual users. Only the areas that the group or user are allowed to access will appear on their navigator, so users are not distracted by menu items that they do not have permissions to access. The application supports a very fine level of control at all levels to allow administrators the ability to control the exact level of access needed for a group or role. Examples of permissions supported in various modules include:

• Document Management System-down to the file level: Delete, Modify Properties, Allow Comments/Markup, Modify Permissions, Copy, Revise, Download, View
• Business Process Logs-you can define whether a user sees all of the BP records, only those from that user's company, or only records that have been sent to that user. The ability to modify the record ownership, or terminate a record, are also controlled by permissions assignment.

• Schedule Manager-permissions for Create, Modify Status, Modify, View
