One Unified View

All financial data-funding, budgets, commitments, appropriations, expenditures, etc.-are presented in the Cost Sheet. Cost Sheets employ a familiar spreadsheet-like interface, which can be tailored to match your existing standards. Define your own breakdown structure, column definitions, formulas, and labels. From the Cost Sheet, users can drill down to the record and line item level throughout all source data. Records can roll up to the cost sheet based on status, giving you full control over the roll-up and drill-down detail. Simply click on the hyperlinked value to access additional detail. Data sources include any cost related Unifier business process, import from ExcelŽ, manual entry, or as received from an external system via integration.

Multicurrency Support

Unifier™ provides robust multi-currency capabilities for nearly 200 different currencies. Currency exchange rates can be maintained either manually or by integration with an external source/table of current rates. This list of exchange rates forms the set of all currencies available for use at either the Project or the Transaction level. Each currency can be pegged, hedged, or floated.

Funding Management

Unifier™ contains extensive functionality to manage, track, and maintain funding instruments and funding sources. Funding sources are defined at the organizational level and available for use in configured business processes and then allocated to a project based on the funding utilized by that project. Unifier™ supports numerous methodologies and rules for the fund draw-down for individual invoices.

Cash Flow

Unifier contains extensive functionality to manage cash flow. The Cash Flow Manager, which is fully integrated with the Cost Sheet data and User-defined sources, enables a user to baseline projected spends, track actual costs, calculate future spends based on the current project forecast and schedule.

Resource Management

Unifier provides comprehensive resource management functionality, providing visibility into the entire resource pool at the company level, including usage, skill-set and rate information, and allows organizations to assign a resource or multiple resources to a specific project or across multiple projects. All resource information is integrated with other pertinent modules and can be drilled into to find additional data about that resource.
