Skire Unifier 9.0 significantly expands the platform’s planning, asset management, scheduling, resource, and document management capabilities while adding innovative collaboration features. The new release enables customers to significantly expand best-in-class planning, project, and asset management capabilities throughout the lifecycles of construction, facilities, IT, and real estate investments.

Version 9.0 delivers important enhancements across the Unifier platform:
•  Unifier Planning Manager allows companies to create, organize, manage, and update all types of planning initiatives—from initial concept to completion—for aligning initiatives with business goals, and continuously validating progress based on actual data;

•  Unifier Asset Manager supports unlimited, uniquely configurable asset classes, as well as multiple depreciation methods and lifecycle cost tracking, which enables customers to track lifecycle costs, from initial acquisition through ongoing maintenance, as well as related project activity;

•  Unifier Schedule Manager offers comprehensive scheduling capabilities, improved visualization and charting features, and streamlined integration with other scheduling products. This allows customers to use their scheduling tools of choice while benefiting from seamless integration with other Unifier modules;

•  Unifier Resource Manager allows companies to plan, deploy, manage, and track any company resource, providing managers with visibility into resource availability and forecast demand in order to optimize staffing and resource allocation; and

•  Unifier Project Gates allows managers to establish specific criteria that must be met before projects can progress to the next phase. Project Gates supports best-practice methodologies such as Six Sigma, and enables enterprises to manage consistently across their project portfolios;

Unifier’s hallmark configurability allows customers to easily tailor the platform to align with their business process and data requirements, without having to develop custom code.
