Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by developing and managing accounts across the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.
- Articulate company's product offering and value proposition, and orchestrate 360-degree sales strategy and tactics.
- Achieve/exceed an annual sales quota.
- Thoroughly qualify all leads & sales opportunities.
- Strategize, negotiate & close business.
- Identify creative opportunities for selling into these accounts.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years sales software sales experience.
- Minimum 8 years overall sales experience
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Successful history of direct net new business sales.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate solutions to all levels of an organization, including C-level.
- Proven track record in big-ticket executive level sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer, communication and presentation skills.

Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for lead generation and demand creation by making outbound calls. Responsibilities include identifying appropriate contact people within target accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up initial meetings / web conference calls. All initially qualified leads will be passed onto Account Executives for closure. Must actively track all activities in customer relationship management system. Opportunity to move to outside sales position based upon performance after 12 months.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of successful business experience.
- Inside sales and/or telemarketing experience with a technology company or other sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic computer and Internet research skills.
- 4-Year College Degree.

Senior Crystal Reports/Java Developer
Responsibilities:
You will be working on Crystal Reports development as part of our enterprise application, which currently utilizes J2EE, Servlets, and XML technologies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to work reliably as part of a larger team.
- Strong Experience with Crystal Reports, and ASP development. (2+ years minimum)

Description/Responsibilities:
- Face-to-face and webex demostration of Skire product to customers
- Configure Enterprise application business processes

Technical Writer (Software)
Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for writing and maintaining printed and online software documentation and other documentation for a leading web-based e-business application. Our application is currently being used across all types of enterprises that are leading Fortune 100 global customers.
Responsibilities:
The Individual will have responsibility for the following, roughly in the order described:
- Plan, organize, write, edit, and maintain technical manuals and online documentation.
- Administrative and User Guides
- Training Documentation
- Business Requirements Documents
- Marketing collateral (product data sheets, press releases, etc)
- Assistance in completing proposals for prospective customers (screen shots, summary descriptions, etc)
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in an aggressive software development setting, writing web-related software documents
- Demonstrated success creating documentation for software products
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with software developers, project management and product marketing
- Knowledge of advanced publishing systems such as RoboHelp, WinHelp and Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of HTML/Web-based publishing
- Ability to interface with customers
- Work independently and with self-direction and to estimate work and deliver within an overall release schedule
- Ability to manage and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- BA in English with a concentration in Technical Communication or BS in Engineering or Technical Discipline with a concentration in Technical Writing is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Engineering and Construction is a plus
Position:
Full-time position at our Corporate Office in Menlo Park Accrued Vacation and Sick Time (PTO) - 15 days per year Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Salary Range: $70 - $80K per year
